We now offer an optional add-on for a signature required on delivery. This is completely up to the customer if they would like to add this service. However, we do recommend this for any high value order just to ensure your package gets to you safely. DSC Sport is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once in the shipping companies possession, this includes before or after the products are reported as delivered

Direct signature required

Someone at the recipient’s address must sign for the delivery. Direct signature deliveries are made to the address on the mailing label, not to an individual recipient. If no one is at the address, a delivery reattempt may be made.
