Services & Facility

TPC Racing has been a Porsche service, tuning, and racing mecca for over 20 years. At TPC Racing we are dedicated solely to working on Porsche sportscars. We also produce a long line of perfomance and chassis upgrades that are sold and raced all around the world! This, and our passion for excellence has made us one of the world's premier Porsche service, tuning, and racing centers.

Our home here in Jessup, MD is conveniently situated about 10 mintues south of Baltimore; just 2 minutes off of I-95. We are just 10 minutes away from Baltimore Washington International Airport/AMTRAC and within an hour of both Washington/Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport. This makes things a breeze for even long distance customers, who choose to drop their cars off/have them delivered and would like to fly back in later in order to enjoy the drive home in their Porsche!

Our facility features 5 work bays, an alignment rack, in house Dynojet facility, machine shop and a shock rebuild area with shock dyno. TPC also has its own Renegade 3 car transport, that we use for transporting racecars to various events. TPC Racing has been a Porsche specialist since the late 1980's with a successful background in the IMSA Supercar Series and later on to even greater success in the Rolex Grand Am Sports Car Series.

We offer a full range of services for Porsche vehicles at our Jessup facility. Everything from oil changes to building professional racecars as well as on-track support. Our staff of highly experienced mechanics work to repair/modifiy vehicles in our main service and building area. There, vehicles experience everything from routine maintenance to full race prep including rollcage fabrication, engine swaps, and suspension upgrades. Our main service area is also where we perform the installations of our various forced induction systems including our much raved about TPC Racing Cayman Turbo Kit and the monsterous TPC Racing 997Turbo 775Blitzkrieg upgrades. This area is also where we do much of our R&D when creating a new product. Our full Hunter alignment rack gives us the ability to both precisely and accurately setup a car for any driving conditions, whether for the street or for a dedicated racecar. TPC Racing also houses a dedicated engine building area where we do everything from basic rebuild to completely custom assemblies.

At TPC Racing, our in-house Dynojet facility gives us the ability to tune and measure the performance of the vehicles we service. We use our Model 224Dynojet to help us develop all of the power enhancing modifications we sell. One of the dyno's other uses is in diagnosing engine issues as well as tuning racecars to perform at their peak. By having a dyno, on site, we have the ability to show our customers in actual numbers the gains that we were gladly able to provide them!

We prepare all of our forced induction kits in our machine shop. There, our machinist has access to a verticle mill, a lathe, bandsaw, welding equipment, valve mill as well as various other tools. This is where we construct all of our prototype parts, as well as perform all of the welding and machining necessary to produce our Turbo/Supercharger Kits for retail sale. We also fabricate custom parts for specialized applications; such as intercoolers, brackets, aluminum/steel tubing, suspension components, and more.

With numerous pro wins, in the Rolex Grand Am Series; including victory at the 2006 24 Hours at Daytona, TPCRacing is fully equipped to develop suspension setups for any road/track conditions a driver might experience. Our in house damper service area allows us to check for proper functioning via our ROEHRIG Shock Dyno as well as allowing us create completely custom setups for the most serious competitive drivers who participate in Professional/Club racing.
